ASGS carries out an extensive range of Builders Cleaning Solutions, Builder Cleans, Sparkle Cleans, Contract Cleans, Pre-entry and Occupation Cleans for many construction companies. These builders cleans are normally carried out during the advanced stages of construction or refurbishment and prior to handover or occupation by their clients. Our cleaning services can vary from site portacabins /welfare units to any size construction projects from just one day’s attendance or phased works lasting up to a year or more. We cover across six Counties.

ASGS is extremely conscious of Health & Safety legislation in the workplace, and are fully compliant with current regulations. We aim to deliver the very highest standards, and consider the well being of all personnel to be of paramount importance.
Our management and staff have the following accreditation

All team members hold CSCS cards

Managers and supervisors hold CITB SMSTS or SSST certification

CITB accredited IPAF platform operator’s certificates

PASMA certification for tower access construction

Operatives are directly employed by ASGS

Documentation & Procedures

Prior to commencement of any works we would submit, for approval, a bespoke non-generic ‘Site Specific Package’ including:

Risk Assessments

COSHH Risk Assessment, COSHH data sheets

Method Statements

Safety Induction, site specific

Produce CSCS Cards, IPAF Cards and PASMA Cards where applicable.

Operatives will read, acknowledge and sign our ‘Site Specific Package’ a copy of which will be supplied to the client. Throughout the work’s duration, site supervision will conduct routine ‘Toolbox Talks’ at regular intervals and our management will attend site at least once per week to ensure compliance of such is strictly adhered to.
